Thermally conductive cement
ELWZ-5
Once cured, the thermally conductive cement is non-conductive and offers high thermal stability and adhesive strength up to 1204 °C. It significantly improves heat transfer from trace heating systems, ensures an even distribution of surface temperature and reduces the surface temperature of the trace heating systems. This enables rapid heating with a high power density. This cement is ideal for applications requiring high thermal performance and stability. It is water-soluble and has a very low chloride content, making it safe and effective for various industrial applications. It is supplied in convenient buckets and is easy to apply at an installation temperature of at least 0 °C.
