The eltherm Group’s head office and production facilities are located in Burbach in the southern Siegerland region. Since 1991, innovative electrical heat tracing solutions have been developed and manufactured here, and deployed worldwide across a wide range of industries. The site brings together engineering, project management, manufacturing, quality assurance, sales and service under one roof. This close collaboration enables swift decision-making, the highest quality standards and the development of bespoke solutions – from the initial idea to the finished heat tracing system.

Our production facility manufactures both standardised products and complex, bespoke solutions. Whether heating cables, heating mats, heating sleeves, heated analysis hoses or complete heat tracing systems: every product is developed and manufactured with the aim of making industrial processes worldwide safer, more efficient and more sustainable.

As the eltherm Group’s centre of excellence, our site in Burbach works closely with the international branches and sales partners. In this way, we combine the innovative strength and manufacturing expertise of a German manufacturer with proximity to our customers around the world.
