When it comes to drum heating, we offer a range of options to help you find the ideal solution for your specific requirements. For maximum flexibility, we recommend heating the drum using heating bands. These fit around the drum like a heating jacket and are in direct contact with it. The hook-and-eye fastening ensures easy installation and maintenance. All drum heating sleeves have an integrated controller and come complete with a thermostat and earth lead. The flexible version of these heating elements is made from silicone rubber or glass-fibre-reinforced material.

Alternatively, we offer a dimensionally stable drum heating sleeve made of sheet metal to provide additional protection. This drum heater can be used with a control unit or in parallel with two further drums connected to the first one. A drum base heater is recommended as a particularly space-saving solution, as it heats the contents from the base.

For optimum heating, it is also possible to fit an insulated lid in addition to a drum base heater. This allows drums to be heated from all sides whilst also being protected.
