Constant Wattage

The single-ended connection of the ELP-Si parallel heating cable ensures a cost-effective and time-saving installation. The heating cable, which is divided into consecutive heating zones, can be cut to the desired length at the respective connection points as needed. When cutting the cable to length, the heating circuit is interrupted at the next connection point. The resulting inactive section of the cable then serves as a connection lead. When designing the heating circuits, an additional connection spacing must therefore be taken into account for each heating circuit.
