We were delighted to host a face-to-face meeting of the VIK Working Group – VE 25 “Electric Trace Heating” here in Burbach. The focus was on getting to know one another – both amongst the participants and with eltherm GmbH as a manufacturer of electric trace heating systems.
During a tour of our production and development facilities, we provided an insight into our work and discussed the current state of the art. It was a valuable exchange that demonstrated just how important face-to-face meetings are for knowledge transfer and collaboration.
The VIK Association of Industrial Energy and Power Management (Verband der Industriellen Energie- und Kraftwirtschaft e.V.) is the strong voice of energy-intensive industry in Germany. Experts from various sectors are actively involved in committees, working groups and project groups, representing the VIK’s positions in political decision-making processes.
