We have developed an assembly aid specifically to facilitate the assembly of our Ex-Con 22/4 Si and Ex-Con 25/7 connecting sleeves for ELKM heating cables in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The assembly aid is designed to simplify the process of connecting two ELKM-type heating cables, whilst making it more efficient and reliable. The assembly aid positions and securely fixes the heating cables and crimp connectors in place. Furthermore, it features pre-cut edges to ensure the required lengths are maintained when assembling the heating cables.
The assembly aid is suitable for fitting Ex-Con 22/4 Si and Ex-Con 25/7 connection sleeves.
