Paul Finch is the successor to Mr Mark Wood, who has decided to retire and – as a first step – to embark on an extended trip to New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in business management and business development within the engineering and packaging solutions sectors in the UK and overseas. Born in Germany, he began his career at Lenze Ltd., Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch Packaging Technology in the UK. Most recently, he worked at Keymac Packaging Systems as Head of Sales & Marketing. Paul Finch spent his early years near Cologne and speaks fluent German.
Throughout his career, his aim has always been to build and consolidate teams across all areas in order to drive profitable business growth and focus on customer proximity.
Paul graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University in Uxbridge. He lives in Bath in the south-west of England and is the father of three ‘young adults’ – a daughter and two sons. He has a wide range of hobbies and leisure activities, including fly fishing for salmon, skiing, swimming, rugby and a bit of DIY. He will be working with the team at our office in Newbury.
