It is characterised by its ‘smart’ switching behaviour; that is, when set to the maximum temperature, it only switches off if an overtemperature is detected and the system’s temperature controller does not switch off. In practice, this means that, for example, a steam flush of the system can be carried out without the limiter subsequently needing to be reset.

The Smart Limiter impresses with its compact design and suitability for DIN rail mounting.
It can be retrofitted into existing systems – installation using two mounting clips is particularly straightforward.
The electronic limiter is characterised by a high switching capacity of up to 30 A and its all-pole shut-off. This allows for longer heating circuits and reduces the number of temperature limiters required.
The Smart Limiter can be conveniently operated using a Wi-Fi-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) and any web browser. There are no restrictions regarding the operating systems of the devices!
Compact web-based parameterisation is possible. Parameterisation is carried out wirelessly via the device’s own Wi-Fi – a connection to the internet or other network components is not required. The Wi-Fi network is named via the web interface, and it is possible to name it using the corresponding heating circuit number. In addition, a custom Wi-Fi password can be set to ensure the system’s security complies with internal company standards.
Software updates can be installed via the web interface. This allows the devices to be kept up to date at any time.
