- Installation and commissioning of electrical systems for building services
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production plant
- Set-up, installation and wiring in the field of building services and industrial engineering
- Organising staff development initiatives at the company’s in-house training centre and with external partners
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
- Drafting of employment contracts, references and all HR-related certificates
- Sewing of flexible heating mats and heating sleeves for industrial use
- Production of cutting patterns based on a template
- Sewing on heating elements according to a template
- You will be the first point of contact for first-level support for our client, server, network and telecommunications systems.
- You will receive IT faults and service requests, analyse them, document the incidents and ensure reliable tracking until a solution is found.
- You will work closely with external IT service providers and internal specialist departments to resolve complex faults in a sustainable manner and successfully implement solutions.
- Strategic customer relationship management: You will be responsible for the targeted establishment, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships with our key account clients
- Project management: Providing technical advice and developing bespoke system solutions, including cost estimation, quotation preparation, contract negotiations and project implementation, in collaboration with the Engineering department
- Networking: Developing sales strategies to identify and develop key account clients
- Set-up and operation of a laser welding system for the production of mineral-insulated heating cables
- Incoming goods inspection of raw materials
- Quality control of manufactured parts
- Set-up and operation of various production machines and systems for the manufacture of heating cables
- Operation of multiple machines
- In-process testing and documentation
- Manufacture and assembly of heating cables and heating hoses
- In-process testing and documentation
- Quality control and final electrical testing in accordance with specifications
- Implementing specific procurement requirements for order-related components within the assigned product group
- Carrying out tender comparisons, price negotiations and the selection of suitable national and international suppliers
- Ensuring cost-effective, high-quality and on-time procurement
