Targeted support for staff, their further training and preparation for challenging roles at eltherm are key aspects of our modern staff development programme. Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes are options for developing staff at various levels specifically for specialist and management positions within the company.
A part-time degree programme first provides the fundamental knowledge of all key areas of the business, and students learn how the different areas are linked strategically, in terms of content and organisationally. From the 5th semester onwards, you choose your specialisation. This enables you to better assess the implications of business decisions.

Our partnership with FOM also offers you the opportunity to continue developing your career right from the moment you join eltherm. eltherm is on a growth trajectory – which makes it all the more important that our staff continue to develop their skills. A part-time degree programme at FOM provides the perfect foundation for this – we offer bachelor’s graduates the opportunity to go on to study for a master’s degree.
Our employees can put their newly acquired knowledge directly into practice and gain the qualifications needed for new roles.

Completing your degree with a practice-oriented course project or a dissertation means you are well on the way to professional success.
