From then to now
the COMPANY history in a nutshell
Code of Conduct
All our activities are carried out in compliance with our Code of Conduct, which has to be followed by all employees.
We are aware of our role as a responsible member of society and of our responsibility towards customers, business partners, shareholders, and employees. The company, therefore, commits itself to following fixed principles. This code of conduct forms the basis for all of our business and social activities.
SpeakUp Guide
Sustainable commerce provides the basis for positive future prospects for the environment, society and the economy, as well as each individual employee or business partner of INDUS (the group parent company).
The cornerstones of the culture of INDUS are the distribution of the key requirements and their independent implementation and management in the subsidiary companies, as well as a shared understanding of values and the minimisation of risks for a sustainable corporate development.
Look. Act. Report safely. Improve together.
All employees, business partners, and other third parties are welcome to report concerns. If you suspect that behaviour violates legal or internal regulations or our Code of Conduct – whether through active action or omission – we ask you to report it. Violations can be reported to your compliance officer or another appropriate authority (e.g. supervisor or human resources manager).
Reports can also be made (anonymously) via the SpeakUp reporting system. It is possible to report a violation online in writing or by telephone. When reporting a violation, the privacy policy for the reporting person, the data protection information for participants and the ‘SpeakUp’ guidelines (rules of procedure) for handling complaints and suspected compliance violations apply.

Important:
The reporting system is not intended for reporting incidents that pose an immediate threat to life or property. In such cases, please contact the known emergency numbers or the nearest police station.
It must also not be used for false accusations – knowingly reporting false information is prohibited. We would also like to point out the possibility of reporting to external reporting offices. German law attaches particular importance to the internal reporting of compliance violations and expressly prioritizes this over external channels.
Reporters make an important contribution to the integrity and protection of our corporate values, our employees and those affected.
