Our production facilities at the Burbach site have state-of-the-art equipment and are subject to continuous quality monitoring. Our heating cables are manufactured in our modern, redundantly structured machinery and production plants. In-house compounding facilities as well as non-damaging compounding processes developed by us are part of our self-regulating heating cable production. In the adjacent sewing shop and heated hose production, heating mats and heating sleeves are manufactured to customer specifications. Our special construction experts as well as our experienced assembly specialists are available for the execution of demanding applications and construction site assignments.

Stocking a large quantity and variety of standard products (heating cables, connective technology, control technology, accessories) allows high availability at short delivery times. eltherm is certified in accordance with the requirements of the German industrial standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2012, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 as well as DIN ISO 45001:2018. At the same time, our production undergoes strict monitoring audits in accordance with the ATEX directive and IECEx. Most of our products meet the stringent requirements for use in potentially hazardous areas – worldwide. By means of our specialized eltherm design software, we can create Ex-certified systems. Due to the proximity of our production facilities to the applications engineering department, we are extremely flexible when it comes to developing individual solutions. Our quality control management is integrated into the production process and is executed on an ongoing basis. As a full-range supplier, we stand for quality, precision and reliability.

All our products are manufactured in Germany. Doing so allows close control over the entire manufacturing process and ensures compliance with German quality standards. Our own compounding facilities as well as the gentle compounding process we have developed are part of our self-regulating heating cable production. An important quality control feature is that we ourselves are in control of the granulate production.

High-precision laser welding technology for MI heating cables: Reliable and absolutely tight connections are an essential requirement for mineral-insulated heating cables. With eltherm's laser-welded connection technology, we can supply a system of highest standards.

From product to the system: Thanks to our own sewing facility, customised systems are also not a problem with eltherm. We manufacture special, customised heating mats and heating sleeves precisely tailored to your requirements.

Leading supplier of heating hoses: All eltherm heating hoses will be individually designed and produced according to customer specifications. Our in-house R&D department is ready to deal with your task and find a tailor-made solution to your problem.

Wide range of expertise around all aspects of control:
