Paul Finch is the successor of Mr Mark Wood, who decided to retire and – as a first step – start an extensive travel to New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in Business Management and Business Development across the engineering and packaging solution sectors in the UK and overseas. Born in Germany, Paul spent his early career steps with Lenze Ltd., Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch Packaging Technology in UK. Later positions in his business career were with Keymac Packaging Systems. Paul spent his early years near Köln and is fluent in German language.
Through his career his goal has always been to build and consolidate teams across all disciplines to drive profitable business growth and to focus on customer intimacy.
Paul holds an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University, Uxbridge. He lives in Bath, southwest England. He’s a father of three “young adults”: a daughter and two sons. He enjoys a wide range of hobbies and pastimes including salmon fly fishing, skiing, swimming, rugby and a bit of DIY. He will be based with the team out of our Newbury office.
