For the future global development of eltherm, we are looking for talented and motivated young professionals. With us, you can study part-time, complete a specialized internship, or complete your student research projects and degree theses. We look forward to receiving your application!

Promoting employees in a targeted manner, providing them with qualified professional training, and preparing them for the challenging tasks they will face at eltherm are important aspects of our modern human resources development. Bachelor's and master's degree programs are options for specifically developing employees at various levels for specialist and management positions in the company.

A part-time study program initially provides the basic knowledge of all important fields of the company and the student learns how the different areas are interrelated in terms of strategy, content and organization. From the 5th semester onwards, you choose your specialization. In doing so, you will be able to better assess the scope and impact of entrepreneurial decisions.

The University of Applied Sciences (FOM)

Our cooperation with the FOM also offers you the opportunity to continue working on your career right from the time you join eltherm. eltherm is on a growth course - which makes it all the more important that our employees constantly develop their skills. Studying at the FOM alongside your job offers the perfect basis for this - graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are given the opportunity to study for an additional Master's degree.
Our employees can put their newly acquired knowledge directly into practice and qualify themselves for new tasks.

Part-time, employer-funded study program

Alongside your job at eltherm, you can also complete a study program. The courses are offered by our cooperation partner, the University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management (FOM) in Siegen.

Student research projects and degree dissertations

Completing a study program with a practice-oriented student research project or a degree thesis means being clearly on the road to professional success. We offer student research projects in a variety of fields and attach great importance to providing you with the best possible supervision of your projects and theses by our specialists and senior managers.
